    DJ will be holding space for a 90 minute class infused with Yin Yoga, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga/Success, Chakra Toning, Meditation & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.

Through movement, Pranayama & Chakra Balancing, we will reset, realign & renew our body, mind & spirit. You’ll begin the New Year with the gift of relaxation & gratitude for all that you have & all that is to come.
