Sadhana is a process to refine the human awareness, to burn off the old patterns and to clean out the sub-conscious. It is a practice of self-discipline that allows the finite to experience the infinite within themselves. Yogi Bhajan gave us a two and a half hour practice in the early morning also known as the ambrosial hours, to carry us into the Aquarian age and beyond. Sadhana attunes our gunas, tattvas, chakras and the mind so that we may live the life where we act and not react.
